The Best Uses of Vermiculite Spray NSW

The Vermiculite Spray NSW is hard, tough and highly stable fire protection coating, which can be applied to the structural steel members. It can be sprayed easily. It can also be applied by trowelling when required. This spray will also consist factory produced blend of exfoliated vermiculite, rheological, cementitious binder and mix dispersing agents, which are supplied as dry mix.

The Vermiculite Spray NSW is available in two grades and to point out:
Internal grade: This is economic and robust coating for the internal use
External grade: This is the tough coating for only external use and resistant to variety of the climatic conditions

When it comes to the application of the vermiculite spray, both the above-said grades are designed for installing by spraying techniques. They can be applied to the bare steel surface, however, the surface should be dry and free of loose mill scale, dirt, flaking paint and rust.

This vermiculite spray is also cost effective. They can help protect structural steel in best ways, especially when it comes to protecting a large amount of steel to be protected from fire. This product can also be applied to the concrete structures to increase fire resistance level. It can be applied on floor and wall too. However, it also depends on the thickness required. Whilst applying on the concrete structure it is also important to concentrate on the grade to be used and the maximum protection it can offer to the steel structures in best ways.
